A program created in Sandbox will not appear when editing a Production template, and vice versa.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Provisioning gap:</strong> In some cases, a newly enabled Monitor product may not be fully linked to your IDV configuration. If your programs exist but do not appear in the dropdown, contact Plaid Support and include your client ID and the program IDs (prg_...) that are missing.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Permissions:</strong> Confirm that your dashboard user has the necessary permissions to access both the Monitor and Identity Verification products.</li>\n</ul>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
