Scroll to the bottom to see the audit trail, which lists every automated rescan and any resulting status changes.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Screening history endpoint:</strong> Call <a href=\"https://plaid.com/docs/api/products/monitor/#watchlist_screeningindividualhistorylist\"><code style=\"border:none;background:#f1f3f5;padding:1px 4px;border-radius:3px;font-size:0.9em;\">/watchlist_screening/individual/history/list</code></a> with a <code style=\"border:none;background:#f1f3f5;padding:1px 4px;border-radius:3px;font-size:0.9em;\">watchlist_screening_id</code> to retrieve a paginated log of every status change for that screening, including the date and whether the change was triggered automatically (by a rescan) or manually (by a reviewer).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>You can also run a report from the Monitor dashboard by navigating to the program and downloading a CSV.
