For a given identifier, Plaid will check if it is hitting any error messages and only display Connectivity Known Issues if we can find an <strong>exact</strong> error message + institution match. Due to this, we can be confident that the known issue display is impacting your user and is something that our engineering team is already aware of.</p>\n<p><strong>Institution Wide:</strong> These Known Issues represent issues that impact all new and existing connections across a given institution. It represents a systemic problem with the institution integration.</p>\n<p><strong>User Actionable:</strong> These Known Issues represent issues that can be resolved by the end user taking specific actions, such as updating credentials or contacting their institution.</p>\n<p>The most common type of Known Issue is <strong>Connectivity</strong>.</p>\n<p><strong>Note on data quality issues:</strong> Plaid tracks data quality issues (missing or inconsistent data) internally, but these are no longer surfaced as Known Issues in the Dashboard. If you suspect a data quality issue with an institution, please <a href=\"https://dashboard.plaid.com/support/new\">file a support ticket</a> — providing specific identifiers and, where possible, screenshots will help us investigate and resolve it.</p>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
