Institutions that are not yet supported by Plaid are included in our Link flow to gauge demand and help prioritize their support.

When a user selects an unsupported institution, they will see an Institution Not Supported message, notifying them that the institution is not yet supported.

Users can still verify their accounts if there is not a direct integration for their financial institution by going through the Same-Day Micro-deposits flow.

\n

During this flow, Plaid will make a deposit that will post within one business day. Users are then instructed to manually verify the code in the transaction description deposited in the account. Once the user has manually verified the code, Auth data can be retrieved for their account.

You can enable the Same-Day Micro-deposits flow by including same_day_microdeposits_enabled: true in the auth object of your /link/token/create request.
