You can keep track of your Plaid usage in real time using Plaid Dashboard Tools. The Usage page provides you with detailed information about your recent and cumulative usage for each enabled product (with the exception of Identity Verification).

If you are on a Trial plan, you can use the Usage page to monitor how many Production Items you have connected against your limit of up to 10.

If you have questions about your invoice, or are unsure how Plaid arrived at your billed usage, we recommend reviewing the Usage page first, as it is your source of truth for your billed Plaid traffic.

If you have unanswered questions or continue to see a discrepancy, please open a case with our Support Team or reach out to your Account Manager if you are on a Custom plan.
