However, if Identity information is unavailable or we encounter an issue when attempting to retrieve the Identity information, rather than failing the Asset Report we will allow it to be created and set the owners object to null. In most cases, this is due to the integration not supporting the Identity product, which we use to access data such as the owner's name, phone number, and address. You can use the Status page for the institution_id associated with the Asset Report to check if this is the case.</p>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
