This occurs when an institution is supported by Plaid but is not supported by one or more products in <a href=\"https://plaid.com/docs/api/link/#link-token-create-request-products\">the product set Link was initialized with</a>.</p>\n<p>For example, if you are creating your <code style=\"border:none;background:#f1f3f5;padding:1px 4px;border-radius:3px;font-size:0.9em;\">link_token</code> using the product set <code style=\"border:none;background:#f1f3f5;padding:1px 4px;border-radius:3px;font-size:0.9em;\">['auth', 'transactions']</code> and a user selects the institution American Express, they will receive a 'Connectivity not supported' error because American Express does not support the Auth product.</p>\n<p>In order to resolve this error, you will need to identify which products the institution you require does not support and remove this product from your product set. To find out the product set that any institution supports you can use the following resources:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Institution endpoints</strong> - use one of our <a href=\"https://plaid.com/docs/api/institutions/#institution-coverage\">institution endpoints</a> to retrieve details about an institution. An easy way to use these is with the <a href=\"https://plaid.com/docs/api/postman/\">Plaid Postman collection</a>.</li>\n<li>\n<strong>Dashboard</strong> - use our <a href=\"https://dashboard.plaid.com/activity/status\">status section</a> of the Plaid Dashboard to search for information about an institution</li>\n</ul>","user_segment_ids":[]}}
